No. Our standard residential and storm damage inspections are completely free, with a full photo report delivered to you afterward.
How does the insurance claim process work?
Four steps: free inspection with full photo documentation, claim filing with your carrier, our HAAG-certified inspector meets the adjuster on your roof, then supplements and reinspections for anything missed. 94% of the claims we submit are approved or supplemented in our clients' favor.
Are you a 'storm chaser'?
No. We're based in San Antonio with Austin-area crews, no out-of-state storm chasers. Same company, same number, before and long after the storm.
What manufacturers do you install?
We are GAF Certified, Owens Corning Preferred, and Atlas Pro contractors, and a TEK Preferred Installer. Complete systems, installed to manufacturer specification.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Wisetack: up to $25,000, terms from 3 to 120 months, APRs from 0% to 35.9% based on credit. Prequalifying takes about a minute with a soft credit pull that never impacts your score.
What's the warranty?
Manufacturer warranties on the system, plus our lifetime workmanship warranty in writing on residential replacements.
How long does a roof replacement take?
It depends on size and complexity, and we confirm your schedule in writing before work starts. Homeowners in our Google reviews mention single-day completions, including one roof-and-gutters job finished in a day.
What is the Storm Protection Plan?
A long-term roof-care membership: annual inspections, post-storm outreach after qualifying weather in your ZIP, storm documentation, emergency tarping priority, and a loyalty discount. Available for roofs we installed, or roofs under one year old that pass our inspection.
Can I reach you outside business hours?
