This Pearsall residential roof replacement was documented through every major phase of the job, from tear-off and exposed sheathing through dry-in and the finished GAF Timberline HDZ Class 3 system.
The tear-off photos show the existing roof stripped back to aged underlayment and exposed sheathing, including deteriorated deck areas and insulation conditions that had to be addressed before the new roof could go on.
Once the deck repairs were complete, the home was dried in with synthetic underlayment and rebuilt with GAF Timberline HDZ Class 3 impact-resistant shingles. Finished drone photos document the clean roof planes and ridge detailing as well as the workmanship hidden beneath the shingles.
