Broken and displaced tiles were replaced, the underlying roof assembly was inspected, and affected flashing details were rebuilt where required.
Matching replacement tiles were blended into the existing roof planes, with special attention to valleys, ridge intersections and isolated repair zones. The targeted repair restored watertight performance while preserving the home's original tile appearance.
