Messages you may receive
Conversational and informational messages may include replies to your inquiry, inspection or appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate or project updates, customer-service messages, and claim-related communications. If you separately consent to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional roofing offers, maintenance reminders, and storm-related promotions.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message from our SMS program at any time to opt out. After one opt-out confirmation, you will receive no further messages through that program unless you opt in again using the signup form. You can request an inspection without opting into SMS. Service messages and marketing messages require their respective separate consent choices.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information solely on our behalf to operate the messaging program.
